A quick Google search suggests that this is a common-ish fantasy, which makes sense if you consider the popularity of Naked News, which is about people nakedly talking about normal, unexciting stuff.

if I wanted to pay to look at naked people there's always porn(lol who pays for porn, how does the porn industry make money...) and strippers, this seems pointless
This is probably the personal service that it would be the most detrimental to add nudity too. At least detrimental to you. Personal fry cook would be the most detrimental to the nude person.
