I eat around 8 eggs in the morning on my workout days.. Yum, all that protein. If I couldn't eat eggs, well, I dunno what I would do.

I can eat foods with egg in it.

I cannot eat JUST eggs by themselves though or something that is PRIMARILY egg like an egg salad sandwhich.


Well I *CAN* eat those things, but I will have a very upset stomach the rest of the day and feel pretty bad.


So I guess I can kinda emphasize with luster on this one.. but only to an extent because I will be damned if I will not eat every deviled egg that is offered to me. I feel like crap afterwards, but I really don't care. They are just too good.
