I don't know exactly where carvey is from, but I think he's European and his schedule doesn't work well with FFD's schedule.

Anyways it was mostly just the "Z participated in the contest before so there's no reason whatsoever to suspect them of anything" that bothered me. I mean l3fty himself broke a rule or two this year and even got a new rule made for the contest!

heck I was only randomly voting at the end of rounds at the beginning of this smfffc!

I still to this day go into completely random contests and vote every now and then. I don't time end of rounds though thats too much effort (although if I see one near an end of round I'll totally snipe)

for the record I agree it's not that uncommon to only vote late in contests or sporadically. I think the only time I voted in the ghost pokemon one was the finals, and that's because, well, it was the finals >_>

also I fully expect Barret to go out in the next round or two. I'd like to at least see him get ninth so he beats his best performance in actual placement, not just percentile, but I won't be surprised if he goes out next.
