meh, I'm not too worked up about it. Being an online RPG I was fully expecting to not be able to play at all today. The fact I got 2 hours in was a miracle

All I know is Ive been punching a bunch of demons and they've been exploding(Monk does infact have a touch you and you explode move), so my expectations have been met.

Story, as expected, is **** though. But that was never Diablo's strong point anyways. Always Mass Murder and Atmosphere with the Mass Murder.

if you really want it you can have it if you want to reimburse me for whatever it costs to ship it (or come pick it up yourself!). its a couple years old, but it should be able to handle D3 fine.

I live. I'm just rarely in the country and even more rarely on the internet. I come back for a month and hear Diablo III is being released, buy it, play it for two hours and then "Hey, guys, we didn't prepare for launch well enough. CE is amazing. I love how Tristram fires up as the install runs. Such a great job Blizzard has done with this. I let my daughter chew on the Diablo skull for a bit.

Yeah so I'm pretty sure you can just use whatever the hell name you want. I made a second account and used one of my 3 guest passes on it (since apparently guest passes can only play with guest passes and I wanted to play with my guest numbers) and was able to use the same name as a character from my main account. I guess it's possible that the names of guest accounts and normal accounts don't overlap, though.

Also I joined a public game with my main account and my name showed up as Lopen rather than my character's name? That's kinda lame but whatever I'm probably going to mostly be playing this as single player anyway.
