Actually, I think they've paid a noticeable amount of attention to it considering it hasn't come out in Japan yet. Obviously the release dates being closer than usual has something to with it, but a lot of stuff about the English version is being announced at the same time as the Japanese version, and I'm sure they'll begin the big hype machine in the summer when the overseas release date nears.
