Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore this game, but Jesus Christ I lose track of time way too easily.
I was playing at 12:00 AM and only planned on playing an hour or two. It's almost 5 in the morning and I just stopped. And it's all just the side stuff. Assassinations, Helicopter Assaults, Challenges (finally figured out how to do the streaking ones).
I need to get on Max Payne 3 so I have something to talk about for WCTP.

It's really that good, huh? I know it's one of the few modern sandbox games that Yahtzee really likes, but I just assumed he was being contrarian. Maybe I should pick it up sometime! Do I need to play the original two first, or can I just jump right into the third?

The plot of the first two games is very simple so I could just spoil it for you if you want. The second one would still be fun and has a better story and game play than the first so if you want something for very cheap pick it up. But you don't really need it to get into Saints Row 3 at all.
