Dave Strider - 14 Karkat Vantas - 21 So there you have it, Karkat is your winner, and thus, the most popular Homestuck character in Board 8. As has been noted, the matches went largely to form. In retrospect though, you have to expect the more popular characters to progress. Even Jade got to the final of her division from a #6 seed. Perhaps a 'Save My' contest would throw up a few more surprises, although I had no real interest in hosting one of them. Other than that, I guess it was kind of alarming just how many blowouts there were; closest match was Dirk beating WV by 3 votes. A lot of Homestuck characters are beloved to certain degrees, but there seems to be several defined tiers within that. Oh well!
