As much as I love Americanized Chinese food, real Chinese food doesn't quite hold up for me. And I just don't like a lot of the vegetables and stuff commonly used in Mexican food.

the first two is a tough call to make. chinese has a great food in everything - soup? got you covered. veggies? got you covered. fish? yep. meat? name it, it's in there. rice or noodles are fair game, egg rolls, meatbuns - it's flat out got an answer to every food group with its weakest being desert.

italian however will cover most of the same fields too, though it's lesser known on some of the really weird ones. the real gap i think is made in pizza and lasanga. chinese has a more highs in more categories, italian has the best highs and the best cheap option. so basically, chinese scores 8s in 10 fields, but italian scores 7s in 6 and 9s in 2 more. that sort of thing.

mexican isn't anywhere close to either of 'em.
