When he is summoned he says "By your polluting powers combined, I am Captain Pollution! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!", and when he disappears, he declares "The polluting power is yours!"

Ingram (Super Robot Wars) - In Alpha canon, he pilots the Astranagant; in Original Generation canon, he pilots the R-Gun Rivale. However, the most notable difference is that rather than being able to break free from Euzeth's control, Ingram's will was tied down directly to Levi Tolar's Judecca, as Euzeth seemed to be aware of what happened in the Alpha universe. As a result, he remained an enemy to the Original Generation cast until his final moments. The other notable difference is that Ingram pilots the R-Gun Rivale instead, rather than the Astranagant. It is assumed, then, that this particular Ingram Prisken is not the same Ingram from the Alpha timeline. Some theories suggest that the R-Gun Rivale's creation was due to Ingram not having the necessary materials to create the Astranagant.
Luca Blight (Suikoden II) - Known for his unmatched cruelty and bloodlust, Luca is referred to as the "Mad Prince"; the source of his anger resulted from an attack on the Highland royalty's entourage by ruffians. Luca instigates another war with Jowston and uses the Beast Rune, beginning a plot that involves massacring the entire Unicorn Youth Brigade and blaming the incident on Jowston.

Steve negotiated a merger with Mom, but died from boneitis before being able to close the deal.
