Azazel (Supernatural) - was a yellow-eyed demon and a confidant of Lucifer. On at least one occasion, Azazel has called Lucifer his "daddy", a reference to Lucifer's role in creating demons. It is possible that he was King of Hell during Lucifer's imprisonment, although he may just have been of a high rank in Hell's hierarchy as he was commanding the plan to free Lucifer. Even for demons Azazel was cruel, as another demon described him as a tyrant. He was also highly manipulative, and cunning, able to twist others into doing what he wanted, he is so sure of his abilities he is even willing to put himself in harms way, just to help with it.
Belatrix Lestrange (Harry Potter) - was a pure-blood witch and the daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black and elder sister of Andromeda and Narcissa. She started her education at Hogwarts in 1962 and was Sorted into Slytherin. After graduating from Hogwarts, she became a Death Eater, fanatically loyal to Lord Voldemort. She was one of the few known females in the group, as well as among the most dangerous and sadistic of Voldemort's followers. While Bellatrix and Narcissa married pure-blood wizards, Andromeda married Ted Tonks and was disowned from the family.
Colonel Hans Landa (Inglourious Basterds) - is an Austrian SS officer assigned to the Sicherheitsdienst. He is nicknamed The Jew Hunter in reference to his keen ability to locate Jews hiding throughout Occupied France. Egotistical and ambitious, Landa takes a great deal of pride in this reputation and its associated nickname. Landa is cruel and ruthless, but also very charming, polite and highly intelligent.
Darth Maul (Star Wars) - Maul played an instrumental role in the Invasion of Naboo in 32 BBY. The crisis was engineered by Darth Sidious, who lived a double life as Senator Palpatine of Naboo, to have Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum removed from office, allowing Sidious to take his place and set the stages for a Sith-influenced government. After Padmé Amidala, queen of the Naboo, escaped the blockade, Maul was dispatched to follow her. He found her on Tatooine, where he had a short but intense duel with Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn.
Ed Wuncler (The Boondocks) - is an overweight, rich Realtor whose family founded the town of Woodcrest and have lived in the area for over a century. He acts as the hyperbolic archetypal capitalist in the show, seen praising the freedom to exploit cheap labor and complaining about high taxes in "The Block Is Hot". The wealthy Wuncler owns the mortgage loan on Granddad's house (as he does with every house in Woodcrest) and somehow Woodcrest's police force, and is embarrassed by his inept grandson, Ed Wuncler III.
Fawful (Mario & Luigi) - is an eccentric Beanish character who is a major antagonist in the Mario & Luigi series. He is notable for speaking in Engrish (grammatically incorrect English) and making obscure food metaphors (e.g. "And this battle shall be the delicious mustard on that bread! The mustard of your doom!"). Fawful is a mechanical genius, but his common sense suffers due to his extreme fury which often causes him to act in a delusional manner.
Frank Costello (The Departed) - Irish Mob boss plants a mole inside Massachusetts State Police.
Jadeite (Sailor Moon) - Commander of the Far East. His first plot is to have a youma pose as Naru Osaka's mother at the Jewelry OSA-P store selling jewelry which drains its wearers of their energy. When this first plot fails, he moves on to his second plot, where he sets up a cram school attended by Ami Mizuno called Crystal Seminar, where students are drained of their energy.
Kazuya Mishima (Tekken) - Kazuya (now 28) has usurped the Mishima Zaibatsu and under his leadership, engaged in many illegal activities such as assassination, extortion, drug dealing and the smuggling of endangered species. Kazuya then decided to announce a second King of Iron Fist Tournament. Heihachi, having survived both his battle with Kazuya and the subsequent fall, enters the tournament, having trained and meditated in the hills after his defeat. This time, Tekken 2 assumes that Heihachi's ending is correct, and thus the official story states that he reclaims the Mishima Zaibatsu by defeating his son. Lex Luthor (Superman) - is one of the most dangerously intelligent men on the planet- a super-villain, a brilliant scientist, a billionaire industrialist, and Superman's greatest enemy. This combination makes him an extremelfy powerful and formidable opponent; he is ruthless, efficient, and creative. In addition to his personal vendetta against the man who thwarts his every scheme, he despises the alien Man of Steel from an ideological standpoint for contradicting his human achievements. Luthor has always been a controversial figure in the public eye due to LexCorp's corrupt business dealings, but he has also maintained political popularity.
Ribbons Almark (Gundam 00) - Ribbons appeared as Alejandro Corner's personal assistant in Season 1 of Gundam 00 and the leader of the Innovators in Season 2. Ribbons is the original Gundam Meister of GN-000 0 Gundam[1]. He later piloted his own custom mobile suit, CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam in the Innovators. After Alejandro had taken him in, Ribbons displayed loyalty and followed through Alejandro’s every command. He was charming and soft spoken; he was gifted with youthful charisma often compared to those of modern idols. However, beneath his innocent demeanor is a cunning megalomaniac.
Rugal Bernstein(King of Fighters) - Feared throughout the political and fighting world, Rugal was an influential arms dealer who operated aboard his aircraft carrier BlackNoah. To those who would oppose him, he would defeat them and later preserve their bodies in liquid metal to add to his grisly trophy room. He used to work with his younger brother but they separated over conflicting interests.
The Shadow Queen (Paper Mario: TTYD) - the demon that was imprisoned a thousand years ago by the four heros and sealed deep within the thousand year door. When she was sealed away, she created 3 immortal dragons to terrorize people and transform them into undead minions of the Shadow Queen. The immortal dragons were Hooktail, Gloomtail, and Bonetail. The door's seal would eventually fade out (it fades out every a thousand years), and since that year was the 1000th one, the end would have come if Mario didn't venture deep in the Palace of Shadows and banished the demon forever.

It is possible that he was King of Hell during Lucifer's imprisonment, although he may just have been of a high rank in Hell's hierarchy as he was commanding the plan to free Lucifer. Even for demons Azazel was cruel, as another demon described him as a tyrant. He was also highly manipulative, and cunning, able to twist others into doing what he wanted, he is so sure of his abilities he is even willing to put himself in harms way, just to help with it.

Maul played an instrumental role in the Invasion of Naboo in 32 BBY. The crisis was engineered by Darth Sidious, who lived a double life as Senator Palpatine of Naboo, to have Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum removed from office, allowing Sidious to take his place and set the stages for a Sith-influenced government. After Padmé Amidala, queen of the Naboo, escaped the blockade, Maul was dispatched to follow her. He found her on Tatooine, where he had a short but intense duel with Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn.

He acts as the hyperbolic archetypal capitalist in the show, seen praising the freedom to exploit cheap labor and complaining about high taxes in "The Block Is Hot". The wealthy Wuncler owns the mortgage loan on Granddad's house (as he does with every house in Woodcrest) and somehow Woodcrest's police force, and is embarrassed by his inept grandson, Ed Wuncler III.

Ribbons appeared as Alejandro Corner's personal assistant in Season 1 of Gundam 00 and the leader of the Innovators in Season 2. Ribbons is the original Gundam Meister of GN-000 0 Gundam[1]. He later piloted his own custom mobile suit, CB-0000G/C Reborns Gundam in the Innovators. After Alejandro had taken him in, Ribbons displayed loyalty and followed through Alejandro’s every command. He was charming and soft spoken; he was gifted with youthful charisma often compared to those of modern idols. However, beneath his innocent demeanor is a cunning megalomaniac.

To those who would oppose him, he would defeat them and later preserve their bodies in liquid metal to add to his grisly trophy room. He used to work with his younger brother but they separated over conflicting interests.
the demon that was imprisoned a thousand years ago by the four heros and sealed deep within the thousand year door. When she was sealed away, she created 3 immortal dragons to terrorize people and transform them into undead minions of the Shadow Queen. The immortal dragons were Hooktail, Gloomtail, and Bonetail. The door's seal would eventually fade out (it fades out every a thousand years), and since that year was the 1000th one, the end would have come if Mario didn't venture deep in the Palace of Shadows and banished the demon forever.
