Welcome to the Comedy Bracket, folks! The first eight days of the contest focused on dramas, but now, it's time for the best of TV comedy to duke it out. Kicking it off are some of the finest episodes from Community, Archer, South Park and Scrubs!

(1)Community, "Modern Warfare" Season 1, Episode 23 Original Air Date: May 6, 2010 Synopsis: Greendale Comunity College is transformed into an apocalyptic war zone when the dean promises the winner of a paintball competition priority registration, and it could fan the flames of sexual tension between Jeff and Britta.

(8)Archer, "The Limited" Season 3, Episode 6 Original Air Date: February 2, 2012 Synopsis: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police enlist the help of ISIS to transport a captured Canadian terrorist on a train. Malory finds out that the support staff have tagged along with Cheryl, and the terrorist escapes when Cyril leaves him alone. The agents have to search the train to find him, but Archer is more concerned with finding Cheryl's pet ocelot when it escapes.
(4)South Park, "AWESOM-O" Season 8, Episode 5 Original Air Date: April 14, 2004 Synopsis: Cartman plans to learn all of Butters' innermost secrets and then use them against him, by pretending to be Butters' new best friend, a robot named AWESOM-O.

(5)Scrubs, "My Lunch" Season 5, Episode 20 Original Air Date: April 25, 2006 Synopsis: After repeatedly running into annoying recurring patient Jill Tracy, J.D. feels guilty when she dies of an appararent drug overdose and he didn't act on warning signs. Carla and Elliot convince Todd to admit to being gay, but contrary to what they had hoped, this does not change his personality for the better. Dr. Cox initially consoles J.D. but struggles to follow his own advice later on.

"The Limited" seems like an odd choice for everything Archer has to offer. It probably was the best S3 episode, at least. Not that it matters, not much in the comedy division is going to beat any of Community's high points.
I never got that into Scrubs (no real reason), but "My Lunch" is one of the ones I've seen and it is truly fantastic.

Placebo Effect snagged almost all the Archer noms... which I'm grateful for, as it's probably my favorite episode in the series. I actually think The Limited was a good #2 pick, though! It's a hilarious episode, and my favorite of the S3 ones I've been able to catch. But I do prefer a couple other episodes:

And maybe Pipeline Fever too.
