If you bought Diablo 3 on launch day, and expected a flawless product with no issues involving server traffic or needs to be patched, that was your mistake. You're part of the problem that you're complaining about. If there weren't so many idiots obsessed with playing the game the day that it hits the market, then the server would work perfectly fine

I refuse to believe people like this exist.

It's a bit inflammatory, but basically true. Online game launches almost never go smoothly

Does their reason for returning the game matter? I don't have a clue what the applicable Korean laws are but if Blizzard is legally responsible for honouring refunds and they aren't, they should be getting in trouble.
