The guy in the yellow jacket is this unique individual, Kyle:
An aspiring musician and biggest douche bag on the planet.
He made an attempt to have this guy beat up:
Anthony:
A neurotic, self-loathing, pessimist who had Kyle join him as a roommate. He was abused in his younger days. He contains a lot of misplaced aggression and can sometimes act like an ass. But you can see he wants to be a decent guy.
They met through a mutual set of friends (and brothers) John and Justin. In an effort to move to Hollywood the two become roommates and even work together at the same job. They were not compatible people. Kyle's name was not on the lease but lived there and paid rent. As the relationship got bad through party habits, different job ranking, rent promptness Anthony decides to finally kick Kyle out in a near fist fight spectacle that was broken up.
Two weeks before the conflict the events in the TMZ video occur.
Kyle and Weston become pals. Kyle has even met Nicholas a few times
Present day, early 2011. Kyle having been kicked out, told Weston and his two (new) huge bodyguard buddies a tale that states Anthony roofied a girl and raped her; not true at all.
Weston and company buys into the story and they all ride over to Justin and John's apartment when they heard that's where Anthony was. Kyle reaches the apartment bangs on the door and tells Anthony to comes outside. I was there as well. Myself, John, Justin, and Anthony all come outside and we witness Weston pacing around while his goons make their best efforts at intimidation. Kyle really didn't hate us so much as he did Anthony, so he was the focus of what was intended to be a beating. John, being the socially skilled arbitrator explains to Weston the lie and the relation Kyle and Anthony have. The intensity in the bodyguard's faces soon subsides to a look of utter embarrassment and the trio decides to leave Kyle behind. As they leave Anthony desperately intends to beat Kyle bloody. We talk Anthony down and tell him to go inside. We tell Kyle to beat and whatever interest we had in anything before that moment was gone. Kyle eventually moves back to Florida after a cocaine habit leaves him with nowhere to leave.
