Ludicolo over Charizard managed to outdo Karo's pick.
The only ones there I'd put in my top 20 are Scizor, Squirtle, Charmander. Kyogre, Sharpedo, Gengar dance around the top 40 I guess. The rest, "meh". There are worse picks than Lanturn. A GSC starter anywhere near the top 10 is diabolical. Jellicent is funny because he reminds me of Pringles or whatever but not a top 10. Never been a fan of Typhlosion's design.
Typhlosion's my number 1, so I'm obviously pleased about that. Only other top 20 for me would be Gengar, though Scizor's close. I don't think I'd even put Totodile in my top 100, and I hate Jellicent.
Guess not. I can do one if it starts some time between 10 and 11... but I'm rather tired from last night's. So I won't do any later than that. And I imagine that's also far too late for Suor either way.
Though we really do need to find time to do a round like Nick suggested where everybody votes on the match. It'd be a lot longer to do, but it'd also be a much more accurate reflection of the group's top 10 as a whole.

That's a great idea to do once actually.
If one is starting in no less than half an hour I could try to make it through, otherwise not :(.

I would want to do that except for the fact that it'd take all day, possibly literally. It'd likely take at least twice as long and it takes three hours as it is.

since mines is Devil may cry i probley would it up to the spiderboss and get killed off after that then ill yell LIGHT - ertyu on how far he'd make it in DMC
Yeah, that's why I said we'd need to set aside a time when the people who want to participate in it can participate for... what could likely end up being 5 or more hours. It's still something I'd definitely want to try at least once, though. And that'd be one where having the 8 or so people we've been having would slow it down a lot.
I think what might be good is if we got, say, 14 people and then we could do it in shifts, 7 at a time, on-again-off-again until we got to the last 100.
Because honestly it would get just plain BORING after a while I feel, constantly voting on matches that would often be, like, Luvdisc vs. Cleffa.
Maybe, but voting on every match wouldn't be any different than if you were simply doing the gauntlet by yourself... you just have to account for everyone's input. I don't know, I still think it'd be fun to see how it all turns out (it also helps eliminate a lot of the WTF votes each round gets).
But I agree with Nick, it would probably have to be five people. Needs to be an odd numbers, seven is too many, but three isn't enough. And in the event that we decide to do it eventually... dibs on one of the spots :D. (I know that doesn't really count, but... still)
I agree. But have it start closer to 11 EST so we aren't up forever late again.
These things have really changed my opinion on some of these Pokemon though. Kinda made me look at some of them more and realized I like or disliked them more than I thought.

This game... this game... it was hilarious. Zombie Pokemon all over the place. Too bad Haxorus didn't survive the sixth time he was eliminated. Shout outs of course go to other notable zombies, Gliscor and Swellow.
The top ten (Chris, flubbin, JC, Nick, Poke, starfox)
We went about twenty matchups having no idea who we were picking. So this is definitely the most hilarious match we've ever had. Fun times. But I'm never allowed to host. Again.
Kingler is my #2 ... Blastoise is my #3 and Crawdaunt is my #7 .... this list speaks to me
creepy

Blastoise and Hera good. Ursaring ok. Kingler ok. Rest are nowhere near.
BEARER RANGERS FOR LIFE!
But did you read what was in the post? There was no legitimacy to this top ten XD. Haxorus literally came back from the dead multiple times, as did Swellow and Gliscor. There was a twenty-question string where none of us really knew what we were voting for because the thing glitched out. After we eliminated Zombie Haxorus three or four times there, it still came back. And kept winning. At that point, none of us were taking this seriously XD. But as an experience, this was the most fun I've had doing one of these.
The Bearer Rangers and Zombie Hax are going to get a huge boost from me in their Type Save Mys... and in the big SMP.
It was me. So that, combined with a few other host-related derps that were completely my fault, are exactly the reason I said I shouldn't host. Ended up being fun though.
