OKC's offense has been consistently better than Miami's all game, even in the first half. it's just that OKC was defending poorly in the beginning, losing shooters in transition and leaving guys open because of being scared of James. in the second half they figured it out and Miami had no answer.

This wasn't Lebron's best effort but it was good. Wade didn't have his shot for a large majority of the night at all and they stopped hitting the wide open threes off of his penetration.

Also the Thunder have still not lost in this building.

yeah, James played alright (not great, but good enough - 30 points on 24 shots), but Wade has been sucking for like ten straight games now. I don't think I've seen him have a truly great game since that one Indiana comeback,

We play a below average first half, outwork them in the third, and then let Durant and Westbrook take over in the 4th.

Miami can play much better than this, but the Thunder can certainly play like they did in the 2nd half for the full 48

I really think only one of the four matchups from the conference finals wouldn't have been great (Miami/Spurs, which would have been just kinda weird, I think).

I've got no horse in this race, really, but that was a damn fine game.

1. Shane Battier is no longer guarding Durant. Period. Lebron for the whole game. Battier gave up 2 easy shots early and got Durant started. Lebron can body him off his spot and challenge his shot. He's the only one who can.

2.Lebron played well. He got people open, hit the glass, drove to the basket. Best game? No, not even close. He's gonna need 35-40 to beat the Thunder.

3. No one EVER talks about Wade's crappy games. Ever. We just kinda play it off. On one hand, that's how good Lebron is. On the other hand: HES DWAYNE WADE. Stop shooting jumpers and go do something. Seflosha bodied Dwyane Wade tonight.


again, coming off a 7 game series i expected this but Wade needs a better performance Game 2.
