Okay, I think I figured out the logic that makes the most sense.

Everything went as planned until the girl entered the ring.

But then she read from the last page of the script, which one of the writers accidentally swapped with his Alcoholic's Anonymous speech thanks to some computer copy/paste clipboard accident, which was never double checked.

So now he's at AA reading off about how he's carrying AJ Styles and Dixie Carter's surrogate child.

Ok here is MY understanding of events:

Daniels finds out about this druggie girl who is friendly with Dixie and AJ

Daniels uses this information to pry Kazarian away from AJ to isolate him

AJ and Kazarian lord this over AJ and he seems to tacitly admit his guilt with his behavior.

He and Dixie decide to come clean, Serge slugs AJ and then Daniels and Kazarian interrupt it.

AJ and Dixie get cold feet about admitting again, ultimately decide to come clean.

Random druggie who is close with Dixie comes clean, claiming AJ and Dixie were covering for her.

Daniels panics and stops her before she can finish splaining.

Theres a missing LINK to the story that Daniels prevented us from seeing. But i DOUBT itll fix things.
