I had an awesome thought.

WHAT IF, after the meteor and ship arrive, when Jane dies or does the lifey thing or whatever, they bring her to her Quest Crypt so she can go God Tier? Now what if Jake is also there at the same time? There's a ton of things that could lead to this (e.g. what if Jake dies for real but Jane can save him by using her own Life force) but it's not really important.

Now, WHAT IF:

At the same time, Dave takes Dirk and Roxy back in time back to when Derse got consumed by the Red Miles, and has them stand on their Quest Crypts so that they were already there when Derse was destroyed? I actually think this is how they'll end up going God Tier if at all. It's very "Homestuck"-y.

Imagine if this happened all in one flash. What song would be appropriate for those situation?

The real answer is of course that it doesn't matter, and Hussie probably didn't even think about it at the time. There are Dersites on the battleship so obviously Jade wasn't planning to leave them to die or anything.

Once we get those last 2 songs figured out the music contest can start.

Neither did I before Homestuck happened. He's just some obscure actor who for some reason had his most(only?) famous role made legendary by Hussie, which makes it awesome to read his reactions when he reads the comic.

Most people know him because he voiced Zuko.

Also Dante Basco is not that obscure. Rufio was a biggish deal before Homestuck, hell he was going to get his own movie. he also voiced Zuko, as said (which I didn't actually know at first). Involved with the Legend of Korra too. So he's had a decent amount of popular stuff.

I actually knew Dante Basco more from his work as the main character in American Dragon: Jake Long, though that may have much more to do with me being too lazy to change my television from Disney for a couple of years while the show was still being regularly played. For that same reason, I'm pretty sure I've seen every episode of Suite Life, Kim Possible, Life With Derek, Hannah Montana, and other shows that were playing a lot at the time.

I had seen Hook when I was much younger, but I hadn't really put together that it was Dante Basco who played Rufio until after I decided to rewatch the movie when Hussie linked the youtube clip of the duel.

It would be natural to assume the flash will detail the new planets... but that usually happens at the beginning of an act so I doubt it.

Maybe the flash will be something going horribly wrong. The kids ending up in the wrong place or something. Whatever it is, I have a feeling it will be unexpected.

Well that's not quite what I was expecting.

The only thing I'm disappointed/surprised about is that the volcano exploding/dragon didn't amount to anything. I guess the flash is going to be centered around uu/UU, which I guess makes sense since we left them on a cliffhanger.

Or maybe the Acts and Intermissions are going to start bleeding over even more.
