Captain Hook (Peter Pan) - The Captain of a crew of pirates, Captain Hook has long since abandoned sailing the high seas in favor of having revenge on Peter Pan for ruining his life (Peter having cut off Hook's left hand and fed it to the Crocodile, considering it "a playful prank"). Ever since swallowing the Captain's hand, the Crocodile has developed a taste for Hook and is in constant pursuit of the remainder of the pirate's body. While a worthy opponent for Peter Pan, Hook is destined to fail, sometimes because of Pan's ability to fly, but more often through the bumbling actions of his mate Mr. Smee who is unquestioningly faithful to the Captain, but is incompetent and dim-witted. Captain Hook acts as a menacing and cowardly villain. Due to this, he is made a fool of quite often. Despite this, he's still a very feared character. He is very murderous. In the film, he shot and killed one of his crew members because of his singing.
Dr. Facilier (The Princess and the Frog) - He is an evil bokor (Witch Doctor) who plans to rule New Orleans with help from his "Friends on the Other Side". Facilier is a scheming bokor with "Friends on the Other Side". Much like Ursula and Hades, Facilier tricks his victims into making deals with him. He can read their past and present with his tarot cards; he then looks into their futures as well, and offers to "change it 'round some." However, the deals he makes usually backfire on the victim, though Facilier isn't exactly dishonest as he does give them exactly what he promised, even though it isn't what his victims had in mind.
Kazuo Kiriyama (Battle Royale) - What was known was that Kazuo was enigmatic sadistic sociopath who took delight in causing pain to others. He also enjoyed having people fear him. He found the idea of murdering people to be fun and thus signed up for the Battle Royale. Kazuo also has a genius level IQ, and a talent of quickly adapting to any situation.
Nightmare Moon(My Little Pony Friendship is Magic) - Nightmare Moon, also known as the Mare in the Moon, is an Alicorn pony first seen with blue armor and magic mist hair, and is the main antagonist of the first two episodes. A thousand years ago she was imprisoned in the moon by Princess Celestia, until finally her prison breaks and she is once again freed, whereupon she uses her strong magic to capture Celestia and prevent the sun from rising, to make Equestria a land of eternal night.
Professor Chaos (South Park) - a character which references Captain Chaos, the alter "super" ego of Dom DeLuise's Victor Prinzim in Cannonball Run. Intending to be a supervillain, Professor Chaos wears a green cape, and a helmet and gauntlets constructed out of cardboard and aluminum foil (a parody of Marvel Comic's Dr. Doom Butters as Professor Chaos received much focus during the back-to-back episodes "Professor Chaos" and "Simpsons Already Did It", where he took on his younger friend Dougie as his sidekick General Disarray and ultimately failed at their several ill-prepared attempts to create "worldwide chaos". Professor Chaos has occasionally made a few appearances since, appearing to be a known supervillain to South Park's police force. Despite being displaced from both his role as the "fourth friend" and from the eventual return of Kenny, Butters has continued to be a major character in recent seasons.

A sociopath from a rich family with the mind of a genius. He was able to master anything he wanted with relative ease, but he was unable to feel any emotion and thus did not care about anything. When his class was selected for the Battle Royale Program, he became a ruthless killer, murdering several of his classmates including those who had been in his gang.
