While I didn't get a real good look at her face, the Pascal cosplay itself was really well done, and there was Leia cosplayer right before her that got a t-shirt as well, and the costume for her didn't look too bad.

Changing it to full CC might be nice, but also basically impossible, as that would require a complete battle system overhaul... This is Bamco we're talking about here.

Xillia was a success both financially and critically. It's only the fans I hear badmouth it, but fans always badmouth everything.

Apparently it's a lot more streamlined with far less sidequests, so that may actually be positives for many.

The concern is Namco will lose faith in the U.S. if the game isn't a success once it's released here.

yeah while I do enjoy Tales sidequests, I wouldn't mind seeing them disappear either as they go pretty overboard with them.

Plus ever since Abyss they got sort of annoying with how they were broken up into parts and you could end missing the entire sidequest if you missed one part of it.

I've only really heard it felt like an incomplete game, but now that there's a sequel to it maybe that's why. Also heard the battle system's not so great, but anything not using the Graces one will feel bad in comparison.

The side-quests in Graces are actually pretty well done in terms of timing.

Outside of the ones that are only in childhood arc, there's only one missable side-quest and you have until the end of beating the main game to do it.

Veeeeery groovy news! I'm a pretty casual Tales fan, I like some, I've skipped some, Symphonia is my fav, Xillia looks like one that I could dig. Will get.

Well for what its worth, the 3D consoles ones (Symphonia, Abyss, Vesperia, Graces f) are the only ones really worth playing as far as US releases goes.

I find it kinda funny how the announcement highlights the decision as being such an easy one due to the overseas success of Graces f and Abyss 3DS. I mean, funny if the alleged sales numbers are to be believed.
