Alright so I got some good advice the first time I made this topic weeks ago, so now I'm much closer to success.
My PS3 controller completely works with my emulator for epsxe and I can play games on it using the PS3 controller. Except analog completely does not work, and when I try to set the controller it autoconfigs all the joystick controls to J1_RLGSLIDER1 Any advice? -- Mitt Romney 2012 ... Copied to Clipboard!

Are you using motionjoy? That thing caused my laptop to bluescreen so I stopped using it.

Yes I'm using motioninjoy, I've been told it's the best way. No problems yet but I just got it.
