Location of the fight: Road to Celestia - The final stretch connecting Gamindustri with the heavens. Several floating chunks of land are connected by bridges of rainbow light. No monsters are present.

Purple Heart is as she appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1, at max level and with her best non-broken skills and equipment. She is permanently in HDD form, and whilst she cannot use Linked attacks, EX Finishers and EXE Drive skills can be used once the EXE Drive Gauge has been built up. Brock has suplexed her 3 times.

Sorey is as he appears in Tales of Zestiria, with all orbs and talismans (though they buff only himself and his seraphim) and an endgame skill build. He enters the battle with 5 Blast Gauges and may armatize freely with his seraphim and Neptune during the course of the battle, but armatization cannot be used to revive anyone. He does not have access to Siegfried. Brock has suplexed him 3 times.

Whatever seraphim is best for healing is accompanying Sorey into battle. They are as they appear in Tales of Zestiria, with an endgame skill build. They will enter battle with 5 Blast Gauges. They are considered defeated once Sorey is killed.

Doomguy is as seen in Doom II. He comes to battle carrying a Pistol, Chainsaw, Chaingun, Shotgun, and Plasma Gun. Brock has suplexed him three times.

Ryu is as seen in the endgame of Breath of Fire 3, equipped with the Royal Sword, Divine Helm, Laquer Shield, and Shaman's Ring. He has all of his abilities except Raise Dead and Resurrect, master skills, enemy skills, or accession. Brock has suplexed him twice.

Dekar is as he appears in Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinstrals. He is equipped with the Dekar Blade, Heal Armor, Zirco Shield, Agony Helm, Sea Ring, and Gorgon Rock. He can use his IP attacks and starts with a full gauge, but still needs to build up the meter to use them.

Valentine is as she appears in Skullgirls 2nd Encore with her entire moveset save for Forbidden Procedure: Rebirth Ex Machina, including her other Blockbusters provided she has charged the meter to use them. Brock has suplexed her four times.

X-Death is as he appears in Final Fantasy V. He will fight in his standard armored form and cannot transform, but has all of his endgame power and attacks from all of his boss fights. Additionally, he has access to all of his Brave/HP attacks from Dissidia as well as flight, though the actual Brave/HP mechanics do not apply. He cannot use White Hole, Delta Attack, Zombie Breath or the FFV Version of Grand Cross, nor can he banish anyone to another plane or use the void itself as a weapon.

Raidou Kuzunoha the XIV is as he appears in Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abaddon. He has his Youmetsutou, Tsukikage, and Akatsuki swords, his revolver, and 7 luck locusts. The only demons he can summon are Mara and Scathach.

I'm not familiar with this particular location but most neptunia levels are about standard dungeon size, with this one maybe being a bit bigger since I imagine it's towards the end.

I'd expect time to heal and buff, although maybe not 100% for slow casters or against snipers or flyers.

The realistic start points is the bottom left for the attacker and top center for the defender. Flying has a very good edge on the map, and defenders with range get a better advantage versus attackers with range due to height differences. There is the chance if not paying attention of portaling from one isle to the next and being murdered on arrival, but that doesn't seem to be the way either team would consider the fight reliably.

in that case I think Team Neptune takes it. Mikleo heals the important people. Purple Heart is really good here (iirc she flies, and I know her ult is turning into a jet), as is Doomguy with a height advantage. Sorey/Mikleo is also really solid range + support.

X-Death and Raidou are all right but I think lose the range battle here.

Although we never saw it in a versus match, I'm impressed by the location that Neptune/Purple Heart is attached to. It's a very interesting location for it's size being variable dependent on what each character can do, short range for flyers, and people with very superior jumping skills, medium for gunners, and long range for melee. All you need is to throw Clash in the Clouds onto it, and it'd be a place where almost any good strategy would work.

As for the fight, I can't say anything that hasn't already been brought up, the map gives a large advantage to the team with location knowledge so Nep

Location of the fight: Hell Keep - A mix of open areas and winding corridors make up E3M1 of doom. Dead trees provide cover in the more open areas, and all areas of the stage are available, including any secret passages. No power-ups, gun pickups, or enemies are present. There is a cow in the middle of the terrain, neutral to both teams.

White Heart's team all have a 50% parameter boost.

White Heart is as she appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1, at max level and with her best non-broken skills and equipment. She is permanently in HDD form, and whilst she cannot use Linked attacks, EX Finishers and EXE Drive skills can be used once the EXE Drive Gauge has been built up.

Bass.EXE is as he appears in the Megaman Battle Network series, with access to all the moves and properties of his Omega forms, though if any of his barriers/auras is destroyed, he loses access to all of them for the rest of the fight. He can operate here same as he does on the Net.

Dr. Wily is as he appears in your choice of his custom in his respective Wily Machine. He does not have access to the Wily Capsule. Wily cannot exit his machine and will be considered defeated when his machine is defeated.

Splash Woman is as seen in Mega Man 9. Her trident is now capable of hovering slightly above the ground even if not in the water. She is not limited to using her boss patterns exclusively.

To expand on it, the enemy doesn't have anything they can do until they get into melee to damage bass with a boosted life aura.

Sorey's ok, but his armatizations aren't going to do anything with his friends being trash..

Also Dr. Wily finds it funny that X's corpse shows up 3.5 minutes into the fight.

Having ressurects can only do so much in the situation where they can't do the chip damage needed which makes it valuable to have said ressurects.

PEACE
Sigma Virus is GROOVY, and Valentine loads a second Green because I forgot to do that last week. +5 Servbots. Attackers pay down Sigma and Doomguy (18 GP, 4 remain); Defenders pay down Bass and Wily (18 GP, 7 remain). Wily makes Guts Man.

WAR
MUST WIN: Sigma, Doomguy (Valentine+, BOF+, EWJ+)
VS.
Bass, Wily w/Guts (Tron w/BBAMM, Dekar)

Sigma Virus @ Bass. Life Aura is disabled, Independent and Variable Weapons System are in use. Bass’s Custom would be randomized if he had more than one option. He WILL be rostered. I’m tempted to Doomguy but nah, done. Bass makes Dekar a strong independent man who don’t need no assists. Guts shakes the world.

Defenders take terrain, 2+3 to 4. (5 GP remain) I want a small terrain, but too bad. Wily’s Castle?

Sigma and Doomguy have challenged Bass, Wily, and Guts to a fight! Location of the fight: Wily Castle - A massive, robotic castle filled with various tricks and traps and skull motifs. Nothing to cause instant death here, and all enemies have been removed, but any automatic machinery is still up and running.

Sigma is as he appears in his first form in Mega Man X1, though he also has access to all the weaponry and moves of his first form final battles in X2, X3, X4, and X5. He starts knocked down.

Doomguy is as seen in Doom II. He comes to battle carrying a Pistol, Chainsaw, Chaingun, Shotgun, and Plasma Gun. He starts knocked down.

~VERSUS~

Bass.EXE is as he appears in the Megaman Battle Network series, with access to all the moves and properties of his Omega forms, though if any of his barriers/auras is destroyed, he loses access to all of them for the rest of the fight. He can operate here same as he does on the Net. He also has whatever Custom we retroactively give him from the list a few posts up

Dr. Wily is as he appears in your choice of his custom in his respective Wily Machine. He does not have access to the Wily Capsule. Wily cannot exit his machine and will be considered defeated when his machine is defeated.

Guts Man is as seen in Mega Man. He does not shake the ground so hard when moving that he automatically knocks people down, and he may throw things that aren't special blocks. He is not limited to using his boss patterns exclusively.

Still no decision on my end, because although Sigma and doomguy do have the advantage against wily in physical power, Wily has home field advantage and a serious x factor against Sigma being the origination of where the Sigma virus came from. The Bass.exe want to solo clause doesn't really matter much either due to how frickin messy it is to get around a wily lab, and there's one working path.

There is also the fact that there could be locations in the lab that make a better fight location for wily than just empty field, like elevators where he can be shooting down from above... And Wily is definately one that will do a retreating fight if possible, to last as long as possible.
