DQX was an MMO. Every single player mainline DQ game has made it to North America, so I'm p sure DQXI will too.

i can still wait for DQX even if it a mmo. we got all the mainline dragon quest except for DQX. it took 17 years for DQV to come over. i still got another 12 years of waiting before DQX to come over.
