I'm not the only person with this problem? I keep making a new tab for the site, but soon after, I can't scroll again. And when I end up on imgur I can't scroll there on this tab either. But my other tabs are fine.

Chromes new Scroll Anchor is having some unintended side effects for a lot of users. Hopefully they will fix it soon for you guys.

For anyone having issues, you can try changing some of the settings in chrome://flags/ , especially the setting for Scroll Anchor, like Rial mentioned.
