I have a very hard time telling who is actually a biological woman on this site lol.

But yes, women can still be attractive in their 30s and 40s. Depends on if they take care of themselves and their habits. About 30 is the age where shitty lifestyle choices tend to catch up with them. It can happen in their mid to early 20s as well.

Bear in mind also, a lot of people age exponentially quickly once they have a kid. There's plenty of chicks in their 30s that could pass physically and mentally for their early 20s. Conversely, there's chicks that got knocked up early, whom have a kid in their mid 20s who look old for their age, and become super boring/basic because parenting has ruined their ability to have fun.
