For a business loan, its very small; which is what Trump got.

For a mortgage? Its on the high end, but still 'loanable' based on credit and income.

Okay... 1970s apparently. Still not a huge loan, but it is worth approx $6.4 million. Pretty standard as far as businesses go.

the first million dollar loan was in 1975, which is close to 5 million now. His daddy also gave him an additional 5 million in 1980, and another 14 million in 1985. The dude has been suckling at his daddy's teat since the beginning.

It's actually a good thing he's still under audit. Means he hasn't told the IRS to leave him alone. Of course, this also makes liberals buttmad because it means he still hasn't done anything impeachable.

Trump's achievements don't really sound all that impressive given the advantages he got in life.

20 million dollars from daddy, a top tier education when so many men his age went to Vietnam, connections with the ultra rich and famous.

I mean sure he did an above average job with what he started, but that kid born to a poor immigrant family who is now a millionaire is more impressive.

Trump and his administration claim he's under audit.

IRS has said audits don't prevent anyone from releasing their returns.

He's the first President (I believe) to not release his returns.

With all this smoke about collusion with Russia, and him denying any ties to that regime, releasing the returns would solve that discussion.

But beyond Russia, he probably doesn't want to because shady business practices outside of Russia in the US.

Audit is just an excuse.

You can, if you can provide security and prove that you know what you are talking about. Getting finances in order, and looking presentable make a huge difference in getting a loan and not getting it.
