I can see clearly now this gorgeous day without the use of corrective lenses as I do not have a defect in my eyesight.

i like having a genetic defect, gives me an excuse to wear corrective circle lenses.

I think it's so funny that we as a culture have just come to accept that there are people born out of the womb who cannot use one of their basic senses without specially designed lenses that must be worn at all times

I'll accept being more intelligent, educated, and successful in life over having strictly average vision (20/20 vision is not the best possible vision just like having an IQ of 100 is not the best IQ possible).

having glasses does not imply that you will be any smarter than the next person, and in your case the things you've listed definitely do not apply to you
