Most of the time, the shit that i do has a negative connotation to it. when someone wants to investigate a spouse for cheating, they usually are cheating. when someone needs papers served, people usually get upset and sometimes violent.
in general, most people only hire a PI for the bad. its nice to be able to work on the good once in a while. granted, my last adoption case didnt exactly end on the best note, but i still felt like i got to do sometime positive for once. --- Is this going to be one of those times when you pretend not to have a plan until the last moment? My cousin is a social worker in England. I guess there was this big mentally challenged man that lived with his mom. She'd walk to the store and he'd always be looking out the window at home, waiting for her to return. One day she came back and he wasn't there...
She goes inside and calls for him, nothing. After a short while she hears a bit of a ruckus upstairs and goes to look. Her son was holding onto the bathroom door handle while someone was trying to escape it. He informs her that he caught a troll... She makes him let go and finds a "little person" trapped inside. I guess he was going door-to-door selling or promoting something and the guy just grabbed him and hauled him into the upstairs bathroom. Bro, I'm not doing a fucking paternity test so someone can claim spousal/child support. I'm helping a 30 year old man who was adopted find his biological parents because he has never met them. And for those who want updates I should hopefully have all his results by Monday, but Denver county is typically very slow, so my guess is before friday. --- Is this going to be one of those times when you pretend not to have a plan until the last moment?
