When after paying and stepping away with your arms full of delicious food and beverages, a large man stands right in front of you and casually slaps the food out of your hands causing it to roll over the floor and the drinks to burst. He then looks you dead in the eye unblinkingly and smirks as all the customers start onlooking nervously. Short of killing me, there's not much he could do that wouldn't either A: get the guy in even more shit than he was already in, or B: Leave me laughing at him having been such an idiot. So yeah, if he decides to whallop me right in the face for the encounter, then I can get him in prison for assault as well, probably sue the place it happened in for a chunk of money, get his insurance or the restaurant's insurance to pay for any medical needs I have, and also a lot of folks would be on my side over it too. Literally there's no way for me to lose this kind of scenario overall, again unless he kills me.
