thats part of the reason I dont buy that argument.

it seems people who vote first one, think anything racially connected is racist or something. its like broadening the definitions.

imo, racism is about superiority as it was originally.. stereotypes, prejudice, etc not really.

a)Mexicans and Asians arent races. Mexicans are an ethnogroup with many races (ranging from Europeans to Mestizo, to Natives, etc). Asians are people in Asia. Look at the difference racially between Arabs vs Pakistanis vs Chinese.

I'd say 1-2% of people. If it seems like more its only because of vocal minority syndrome. Don't get me wrong, I still believe its a problem. 2% of 7 billion is still a hell of a lot.

Not me. Obviously I'm aware of the stereotypes and jokes but thinking people are inherently bad because of how much pigment is in their skin? Nah that's weird tbh. Assess people by their personality, not where their ancestors happened to be born.

I agree with this. Evolution has trained our brains to be automatically suspicious of anyone who looks wildly different than us. But just because you have racists instincts, you don't have to act on them. I'd define a racist as some one who takes racists actions, not some one who has racists feelings. I mean say I'm walking down the sidewalk and I see a black man walking down the same sidewalk approaching me. I'll feel an urge to cross the street to avoid passing by him, but I don't do it because I know that urge is irrational.
