....but I've taken over this thing we sometimes do on the NFL Board called "summersim"
Basically, it puts you in the driver seat to be the GM of your franchise of choice for a season that gets played out in Madden. It's a lot of fun, but it's been a while since we've done it, so We're still a little short with owners. Right now we have 3 teams left: the Bills, the Bengals and the Colts It's NOT a madden league where you draft and then play the games. You draft, I'll run it in real-time computer-vs-computer matchups. That means it's on you, as GM, to build the best team, pick the best playbook, and choose the best sliders (run heavy, pass heavy, etc) In addition, we turn off injuries, so you don't have to worry about drafting Aaron Rodgers first overall and having him break his leg two games in. That also means that you don't have to fill out a 53-man roster. I like Madden but I don't really get deep enough into it to stand a chance at something like this. Sounds pretty cool though and I'll definitely tag to keep up to date on it.
