She was scheduled to speak next week but the university gave her the boot because of fueled explosive political clashes in the past. Now the College of Republicans are going to sue for violating their constitutional right to free speech. Harmeet Dhillon is representing the group and sent letteres to UC Berkeley that if Ann is not allowed to speak on April 27th, they will file a suit in federal court Harmeet said "It is a sad day inded when the birthplace of the Free Speech ovement, is morphing before our eyes into the cemetary of free speech on college campuses". The campus has had a year of clashes between the left and right armed with pepper spray, Molotov cocktails, brass knuckles and soda cans filled with CONCRETE. Ann, who is an avid Trump supporter will bring similar brawls as Milo Yiannopoulos was shut down in February by violent protests. Ann VOWS she will speak on that date no matter what the University says... Does Ann represent your mindset? let's see what people will vote Crybabies - http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/04/23/15/3F86D7E400000578-4436600-image-a-3_1492956786302.jpg http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/04/23/15/3F86D7D800000578-4436600-image-a-25_1492957217546.jpg http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/04/23/15/3F86D7A000000578-4436600-image-m-24_1492957209761.jpg http://i.dailymail.co.uk/1/2017/04/23/03/wire-445055-1492915791-540_634x441.jpg http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/04/23/15/3F70528C00000578-4436600-image-a-32_1492957567922.jpg --- Every time a Gamefaqs User PROVES they Stepped on a Bug, i will STOP Posting for 24 Hours...Beware, this is NOT a good thing to do!! ... She has every right to speak. The school, however, has every right to block certain speakers.
That said, it is NOT the republicans OR the speakers causing the issues; it is the left. There should be no protests or violence because someone does not agree with you. The school should be taking steps to ban those who start violence. If they are students; they lose their ability to attend classes. --- --- MaverickXeo --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

A party cannot sue on behalf of another party unless that other party is a) a minor, b) mentally unfit, or c) stone fucking dead. As Ann Coulter is neither a), b), nor c), the College of Republicans can not sue for Ann Coulter's right to free speech being violated, and the College of Republicans has not had their right to free speech violated in any way by an unrelated third party's speaking engagement being cancelled. In short, they have no grounds to sue.

In short, they have no grounds to sue. I'm sure they can find some grounds to sue. For starters, they could rightly claim that their organization is being unfairly discriminated against by having their speakers blocked from coming on campus, at which point they're not suing for her free speech but for their right to retain speakers like any other campus body. --- (\/)(\/)|-| In Zeus We Trust: All Others Pay Cash ... To the university's defence, it'd create a destructive SJW riot, so this really is a battle of the babies.
