this is now the 10th fucking game i wont get on release day despite preordering it months in advance. has anyone else noticed theyre flaky af with this nowadays?

yeah every time. they say sorry and telling me itll never happen again but it always does. all they do is extend my prime sub by a month each time it happens

The first three times it happened, they just shipped the game through priority, and when it kept happening they gave me $5 credit once. Ive never heard of anyone here getting a free month of Prime before, though my friend in Indiana gets them handed out like candy.
