There are some gross people in the world. I had to clean the bathrooms at a bookstore I worked out. In the women's bathroom somebody had put a pair of panties in the toilet. I just hit flush and hoped for the best. It went down fortunately.

At this building where a college course was held that I attended they had a sign up saying "please don't wash yourself with the toilet water". Granted they had a lot of foreign folk who used the building but like WTF is this?
