I'd guess she's most likely fetishizing black guys for all the typical stereotypes (giant Ds, good in bed, "thug-like", etc), in the same way that guys often fetishize asian chicks (submissive, tight Vs, low expectations), and therefore it's probably fairly racist and not simply an innocent and aesthetic preference for darker skin.
