Just a little topic series I was thinking of running to see just how long I'm willing to put up with it. The premise is simple: every day, ten Pokemon will be up for voting, you vote for your favorite. The top FIVE advance to the next day, where they'll face five new Pokemon. And then we see what can last the longest. Like I said, I'll probably get bored at some point, but until then, let's see if we can get through Gen III at least, shall we?

Also, when we reach the final days of the countdown, the contest will become a single-elimination series, with each round trimming the field one-by-one until we crown a single winner from Gen III. Jolteon is our Gen I champion, Feraligatr is our Gen II champion, and they will face off against five other champions in the grand finals.

Also, feel free to discuss opinions and predictions and whatnot.

So the Treecko and Torchic lines started off strong, getting 2 members of their family each into the next round, while Poochyena rounded out Gen III's first group of five. Surprisingly, neither Mudkip nor Swampert could muster the fanbase to earn top five spots.
