I dislocated my jaw in high school and I've always had issues with it sort of half-popping out out occasionally, but the past few months it's been happening a lot more.

Just curious if anyone else has had it get worse over time. It's reeeeeally not fun.

I can pull my fingers out of their socket, but it goes back in and is not a big deal.
So technically?

Same as with jaw and now it audibly pops all the time, did it as a kid and now I'm 30 it doesn't hurt at all but is a minor annoyance as you can imagine because it is very loud to me.

Dislocated my toe last year, sometimes it slips out and i have to pop it back in at the end of the day which hurts like fuck.

My shoulder is fucked.

It will pop out at random times.

I can't even smash balls at the batting cages because the 2nd or 3rd hit always ends with my shoulder saying fuck you and tearing out of its socket.

Strange you should post this TC as I'm having similar issues with my right shoulder. I used partially dislocate as a kid as some kind of gross out party trick. Shock horror but I didn't date much in my younger days. Anyway, I through my arm out to stop a door slamming a few months ago and it's not been right since.
If I let my arm hang it doesn't sit in the socket properly anymore. I have to push it back in. Aside from that it hasn't given me too many problems. It'll very rarely pop again through normal movement.
Fortunately I'm left handed anyway so I don't lead with it. Do need to get it checked out but I've moved a few times recently so I've yet to register at a new doctors.

There isn't much a doctor can do other than suggest surgery or physical therapy (which, if it's bad enough, you should consider). You can carefully do some elastic band/resistance exercises at home to build muscle mass and help keep your shoulder in place. Also, every time your elbow is above the plane of your shoulder, you are much more likely to dislocate your shoulder.

I used to do similar tricks as a kid with both my shoulders. Word to the wise, if you're a young-ish kid and do this to impress/disgust people, stop. I've now dislocated my shoulders literally 6 times each, with countless partial dislocations/separations (sometimes even in my sleep). It is the reason I stopped playing basketball and baseball. Weirdly, I've had no problem with dislocations doing martial arts.

Fun fact: similar to concussions, your joint becomes more and more susceptible to dislocation every time it happens.
