- eats boiled kale and unseasoned chicken for every meal

- he has no bed - literally sleeps on a mattress topper on the floor

- has been getting really into workouts that "can be done in a confined space with no equipment"

- has expressed great interest into becoming a one-bagger (https://www.reddit.com/r/onebag/) but doesn't really travel much at all

the writing is on the wall, looks like he is gearing up to spend life in solitary

Is this some kind of life style thing where you pursue spartan minimalism in every aspect?

On some levels it's appealing. On others I want curry and whisky. I do like to travel light though, and own few possessions.

What's wrong with having a pocket knife? It would be difficult getting it in prison without connections.

this has been a thing for months, whenever I see him at the gym he's carrying a bag around doing strange exercises, and gb told me that his bed broke so he just started to sleep on the floor and has been looking up prison cell exercises

we should make prison spread one night and see how he reacts
