So at my job, a time clock at one of our buildings stopped working properly. They shipped us a replacement. I installed the replacement time clock and called ADP support to get it set up.

(About 1:30PM)
*Calls them*
Me: I've got the replacement time clock installed, and I need to get it set up.
Them: We need to have an admin on the account approve this
Me: OK, I'll see if I can get a hold of one of them.
*Hangs up*

The admins are all in meetings, so while I'm waiting, I just wanted to be sure...

*Calls them again*
Me: Hey, I just want to verify, do we absolutely need to have admin approval to set up a replacement time clock?
Them: Yes, we can't give out any info without that.
Me: OK. I'll see if I can get a hold of one of them.

So at about 3:30pm, one of the admins gets out of a meeting and calls me back.

*Conferences in ADP*
Me: OK, I've got one of our admins on the phone with us.
Admin A: Hello, I'm an admin on the account.
ADP: I don't see you listed as an admin on the account.
Me: Are you sure? We've used her as an admin multiple times over the past few months for various issues.
ADP: Yes, I do not see her name anywhere in the database.
Admin A: Sorry, CableZL! Let me know if I can help any further.
Me: OK
*Hangs up*

*Sends email to company asking if anyone else is an admin now*
*Decides to call ADP back*

Me: Hey, I'm pretty sure Admin A is an admin on the account. We've used her multiple times over the past few months for this kind of thing, and I don't think anyone would have changed anything.
ADP: Well, I can't tell you if she's an admin, but if you get her on the phone, I'm pretty sure we can help.

It's about 4:30pm now

*Conferences in Admin A*

Admin A: Hello, this is Admin A
ADP: I do show you as an admin on the account. Also, we don't require admin approval to set up a replacement time clock.
Me: *sarcastic laugh*

Adp payroll sucks
I hate doing payroll every sat at my job

i was actually just looking at jobs with ADP because they are a huge employer in my area and I know a lot of people there lol

I hate ADP. I have to use them to clock my time (online) every day. The site is soooo slow. I waste easily 20 minutes a week waiting on that site.
