Never mind. I'm ecstatic and happy and I smell good and I got so much off my chest today. I'm not going to ruin it by letting PotD know about it and mock me. Chick today up as a fitness loss but a mental health victory.

I'm spreading the night at school and will hit the gym when I wake up.

I'm sticking to my calorie intake allotment, at the very least. And I walked about four miles in the past few hours (which I know is nothing but you know :P)

As long as you're sticking to your calorie deficit not going to the gym isn't really a big deal.

We went back to her dorm and watched Netflix all night until she fell asleep on my chest. Then I fell asleep and now I'm on my way home. 7/10 night would repeat.

So I guess you could say it was a good workout day! Shaved time off my mile and did some good leg work. I'm gonna go again tonight, but first I'm doing a bit of research about core workouts.

Week 2 update.
I weighed in at 205.6
I've lost 0.8 pounds so far
I have 104 days to lose 10.6 pounds



Going just a touch slower than I'd like on the weightless but I'm seeing good improvement on fitness.

If you're only down .8 lbs in two weeks you might want to up your deficit. You should be able to lose 1/2 lb a week by just cutting 500 from your TDEE but you're not even hitting that.
