My highest weight was 310 before I was diagnosed with my chronic kidney disease and thyroid problem.

I lost about 10 pounds during my stay in the hospital back in October. About ten more from November to December.

So I was around 290 pounds until March when I started to get semi serious about losing weight. I really didn't change what I eat, just how much I eat and I stopped snacking. More water too.

So in about two months I've managed to lose 35 pounds. It's starting to slow down now so now I'm actually dieting and starting to exercise more. So that's good.

Hopefully I'll be down to around between 230-200 by the end of summer.

I'm pretty happy to be honest. I mean, I was never like rolly polly fat because I used to lift weights a lot, but I hate my gut and my double chin so now that they are going away it's pretty nice.

Plus it helps with the kidney transplant I guess.
