The Justice Department, ordered by Jeff Sessions will NOT charge 2 white officers who were recorded pinning down Alton Sterling last year and SHOT him while still on the ground in Louisiana!!

They plan to close the investigation into the fatal shooting as the family of Sterling have not been informed yet

The decision not to pursue charges is the first of its kind under Sessons as Alton's death learned to racial tensions which cast a national spotlight between police and black residents and country wide protests.

Officials said they expect further protests over this decision.

The 37 y/o was killed as he lay pinned on the ground by 2 white officers and the graphic video showed his dying moments as witnesses said Officers Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake, who have been suspended, threw Alton on the ground and pinned him down as they got a complaint he was making threats while selling CD's outside a convenience store.

As Alton was moving back and forth on the ground, that is when Howie reached for his gun and pointed it at his chest and one of the officers was heard yelling "He's got a Gun! You f****** move and i swear to God!" Less than 2 seconds later, multiple shots rang out and Alton was filmed dying with blood seeping through his chest and to the ground

Alton had 5 children, one of them, Cameron spoke publicly about the shooting and called for the protests to remain peaceful and his mother called on the officers to be prosecuted.

That high profile shooting spread across the country leading to protests and the Black Lives Matter movement

Neither of the 2 cops spoke publicly over the shooting as they were put in administrative leave
