not 100% sure i would

combat for levels 1-7 is great, but after that there's two kinds of battles:

bullshit traps where a meteor swarm (level 15 spell) is dropped on your level 8 party and everyone dies immediately

easy shit where nothing the enemy does can ever hurt you

any level of knowledge of the traps turns those battles into easy shit. late game i can literally win battles before the enemy gets a turn simply by stacking some bonuses on a ranger type and using rain of arrows

also the game is extremely loaded with instakill traps, there's way too much vendor trash and grinding just switches from combat to reloading vendor inventories until you find a half-decent item

the writing/voiceacting is also really verbose and cringy and the puzzles mostly involve searching for little buttons with no guidance as to their exact location which is infuriating as hell

i really do enjoy knowing i figured out how to pile on the force multipliers, though.

I thought this was about real-time strategy, in which I'd recommend Company of Heroes. I never really got into the second one, but the first one ate a whole bunch of my time back in the day.
