Real talk, there's no reason to think seminars to promote tolerance accomplish anything other than allow companies to avoid lawsuits.

I think it's a good thing. I don't see anything wrong with respecting and learning other cultures in order to effectively have a good working environment. Sure, it's inconvenient for some people, but it's for work and you're getting paid, so who cares.

Even if you really want to voice a questionable opinion at work, most people would at least gather a sense of what co-workers they can or cannot do that around. They even tell you that you can be against women in the workplace, just don't bring that mentality to work.
