Trump Wannabe, Kevin O'Leary has DROPPED out of the Conservative Leadership of Canada in a surprise move 2 days ago and was the heavy favourite to win the 1st round of voting with his populist message.

His perplexing decision to exit and to enter in the first place is puzzling as many believe he entered only to raise his celebrity like status, much like Donald Trump did in the United States as he did not really intend to become the next leader of Canada.

He brought 'excitement" to the race and high drama to the crowded field of conservative candidates and not to mention bringing 35,000 new members.

But the Shark Tank investor and Businessman exited the race as he admitted that he CANNOT defeat current Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau!!

O'Leary said his mission was to defeat Trudeau and the Liberals as he claimed he could win over voters with his economics. He also blasted the current NDP Leader, Rachel Notley for her socialist policies in the one province that has voted Conservative since 1921.

However, his lack knowledge of Canada despite being born here and living in the United States and NOT knowing French has held him back as he vowed he will learn the language in time for the next election.

He managed to raise a lot of money for his campaign as his donors are no doubt furious over his exit and may want a refund for funding it from t he beginning...

And like Trump, he did not participate in many conservative debates as he thought it was RIGGED against him...

One of the reasons that Kevin may have exited the race was that he was not enjoying the process and did not want to be under the public eye and revealing his personal life...his own DAUGHTER, Savannah O'Leary said she would NOT VOTE FOR HIM if he did not move to the LEFT on issues...

For whatever reason, he has now endorsed the establishment front runner, Maxime Bernier to win the nomination as we'll never know the true reason for his exit but perhaps him noticing the kind of backlash Trump is receiving in his first 100 days, he did not want that same judgement..
