If a transgender female still has the male sex organ, than that person is still male until that is taken care of. That person can WANT to be female, but until the penis is gone, they are not.

Do not tell me you are female if you still have a penis (same thing vise versa).

Your GENDER can be whatever the hell you want it to be but your actual sex does not change until you are "post-op"

AT that point I will consider you whatever gender you are claiming to be.

I would have no problem paying $10.00 more in taxes a year if it means that the transgendered person can get a sex change. I can't speak for everyone though, and have no concerns with people who would not be willing to pay more.

The first time you meet someone that's fine to do. But if someone actually clarifies that they're actually a man/woman then if nothing else it's common courtesy and decency to refer to them as such.
