Thinking about it a bit more, it feels more likely that either both Ulti and MZero are Town or both are Scum. The fact that MZero refused to repudiate Ulti seem a little off to me if it was an effective counterclaim.

Glenn's being a miller doesn't make sense because you never are given a reason to consider him an enemy during the game. You never fight him, you first see him in the game watching over someone's grave (i think, it could be a memorial), heck he's even named after Frog from CT, a character who's all about good and justice. There's far better choices for one. With Riddel, I don't think you ever fight here either but in the game you see here spending a lot more time with the enemy; it's a lot more clear she's alligned with them.

Well, I don't think it's very hard to figure out that if the scum team is dragoons then these two playable characters who are part of the dragoons could be suspicious. But then this game's flavor confuses me a little because apparently the dragoons are just a recruitable faction in the game anyway?

Hm. If MZero really was scum lying about being Miller, I guess it would actually be safer for him to call Ulti Town then try to fight it. Since two Millers isn't that implausible.

I don't know if MZero is Town or Scum but I think Ulti is probably Town. It doesn't seem like he gets much incentive out of a fake counterclaim.

The only way that'd be feasible is if they came in ready to push a two Millers theory. That is the scum reaction to 2 Millers existing. Ulti went all out on Mzero and calls him scum, so that's another reason I like him better. Mzero seemed really prepared for a Millr counterclaim.

There is no guarantee you go 1 for 1 in that scenario.

If I had to say one is more likely fake than the others, I would say Ultis. Because you would say why would scum counterclaim miller there. Which effectively creates a shield for ulti where mzero would always likely get lynched before ulti and that shield remains more and more effective as the game goes on. And then if mzero is mislynched then ulti can just go well I guess there was 2 millers my bad... and people are less likely to test it then. Little did he know I was miller. I highly doubt there is 3 though.

It was a pretty quick counterclaim. Does that factor in at all? Makes it seem less likely to have been prepared.

Ulti would absolutely prepare a Miller counterclaim if he was going to do it.

Also i misread your post a bit but he would do it on the spot if he prepared it.

I don't know. MZero just rolling over after the counterclaim seems unnnatural. I agree that Ulti benefits if he's scum, but he also benefits if he's town. So I don't know if that is sufficient by itself.
