Developers need to stop using commercial music if it involves limited time licenses. It's killing the preservation for these games which is supposed to be the biggest benefit of being a digital product. I'm still salty about Dirt 2 and 3.

Yep. Apparently it didn't live up to the expectations that people had for it, but it's still a good romp through a Steven King-esque story.

I never had any performance problems with it, always felt smooth to me. The atmosphere is really good and the combat isn't bad. It's definitely worth $4

I've got a question about Steam and removed games. How is it that you're still able to download games even if they are removed from the store? If they can no longer legally sell the game, wouldn't it also be illegal to keep the game's files and data on their server?

It's fine because no one is directly profiting from the game at that point. They just remove it from the storefront.

No, not at all. Max Payne is about a hard boiled detective that's got nothing to lose going after the city's worst criminals, with a major emphasis on bullet time and gun play. Alan Wake is a suspense thriller about a writer that's being hounded by some terrible darkness, infecting people around him in the small town of Bright Falls and turning them into psychopathic murderers. There's combat, but it's not as dedicated as Max Payne's.

The last book that Alan wrote, The Sudden Stop, however, is narrated by Max's voice actor and is essentially the story of Max Payne. It's just an easter egg, though. And both games have these tv shows in them that are like the Twilight Zone or Outer Limits. Besides that, the two games are practically nothing alike.
