Borg
Isn't that a Mario enemy? 2/10

Phalanx
The historical army formation? Like 4/10 or something

Cyber Men
These are men who like to cyber on the net, so probably a high 8/10.

Doomsday
Superman's enemy, I'm sure of this one. Like 5/10 or so? He doesn't seem to be the type to be very very adaptable, but good at what he does.

Borg
Pretty high, but as Voyager proved, they were not able to adapt to bull****. 6/10

Phalanx
Like, it is a cool trick, but it is one that lots of civilizations had, and it was strong in its day, but I'd like to see a phalanx adapt to a grenade or something. 2/10

Cybermen
Enemies of The Doctor, far outclassed by the superior Daleks who I have seen get pushed out of a building by a few people and exploded upon hitting the ground. 3/10

Doomsday
I am not super versed in Doomsday lore, but he's the epitome of "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" from what I know of him. He could probably tussle with everything else in this group and come out on top. 8/10
