Asura cannot exist without Superman, since Superman is the progenitor and source of all imagination in our reality. If Asura was to kill Superman, all of fiction would fold in on itself in a violent implosion that ends all of our creativity in our reality. Therefore, Superman must win to ensure the survival of Asura.

This is like Hulk vs Superman except Asura gets to resurrect as long as he's angry infinitely... I just dunno if Asura would care enough in a battle versus Superman.
