A Texas Home with a "666" and "GET OUT" written on the kitchen cabinets has a new owner after the auction to sell the haunted home finally sells...

The eerie house sold to the highest bidder at an auction as the house has fallen into disrepair but realtors said it has great potential to be beautiful if the city decides not to CONDEMN it..

The three bedroom, 2 bath home was described as the "Ultimate Fixer Upper" which is obvious from the peeling wallaper and rusted appliances and creepy messages...

Amy Tabor sold the home to a buyer over the phone who has NEVER even seen the property, just the online listing as she said they had a lot of offers for the home..but with only 6 registered buyers.

She said "People were like, why didn't they erase that form the walls? Salesmanship 101". And one of our employees was like, Do you see the response we're getting? Salesmanship 102"

She said the owner wrote that on the wall to scare away intruders from breaking in and they left it on there as a great "marketing" tool.

the starting bid was $2500 but the final bid was not disclosed..

Despite the amount of work to fix this place, it does have unique qualities like a vintage 1950's kitchen from Thermador, the company that sold the first electric cooktop bringing home the restaurant experience.

She said she hopes the city does not condemn the home because of the condition as it's a great place for those who don't want to tear it down but revive...
